The SX-L1056 filter material efficiency test bench is suitable for testing the efficiency of masks with a rating of 40-99.999%. It tests masks according to international standards.

Fix the finished product on the fixture and test the air volume corresponding to the required filtration rate. The aerosol generated by the aerosol generator is adjusted, then neutralized by static electricity, and evenly mixed with the filtered test air before entering the test area through the filter material.

To measure efficiency, a separate stream of air is drawn upstream and downstream of the mask. Using a photometer, measure the concentration of particles in the sampled airflow, and obtain the measured efficiency by comparing the upstream and downstream ratios. In addition, it is necessary to measure the resistance of the filter material during the experiment and adjust the control flow rate.

1、 Main components
（1）. Aerosol generator
Nacl (KCl) aerosol generator, DEHS aerosol generator
（2）. Photometer
Mainly used to monitor the particle concentration upstream and downstream of the tested filter material, and obtain the efficiency of the tested filter material.
（3）. Differential pressure sensor
Mainly used to test the pressure difference (or resistance) of the tested filter material under a certain experimental flow rate.
（4）. Stainless steel fixture
Mainly used for compressing and sealing the tested filter material.
（5）. Extraction fan
Mainly used for testing flow through filter materials, with stable flow rate, green and energy-saving, and low vibration noise.
（6）. Electrical control and software
Circuit control and operation of equipment, software calculation and data processing, stability judgment of upstream concentration, operation control, parameter setting.
