  • Product description: It can be used for detecting the filtration efficiency and resistance of non-woven filter materials, fiberglass filter materials, and new filter materials.

The SX-L1053 three channel filter material test bench can be used for detecting the filtration efficiency and resistance of non-woven filter materials, fiberglass filter materials, and new filter materials. The product has been guided by experts from the National Cleaning Society and relevant professors from Tongji University in Shanghai. The system is designed and manufactured according to the following standards: NIOSH, 42CFR84-2005, EN149:2001, GB19083-2003, GB/T2626-2006, and with reference to EN1822, IEST-RP-CC021.1 and other relevant principles.


Components:
1. Aerosol generator
It is mainly used for tests requiring high concentration of aerosols. Using 0.3um PSL standard particles, the particle size range of the main particles emitted is ≥ 0.3um, accounting for more than 70% of the total, which can produce aerosols continuously and stably. Provide tested particles upstream of the filter material.
2. Particle counter
Mainly used to monitor the particle concentration upstream and downstream of the tested filter material, and obtain the efficiency of the tested filter material.
3. Differential pressure sensor
Mainly used to test the pressure difference (or resistance) of the tested filter material under a certain experimental flow rate.
4. Stainless steel fixture
Mainly used for compressing and sealing the tested filter material.
5. Imported air pump
Mainly used for testing flow through filter materials, with stable flow rate, green and energy-saving, and low vibration noise.
6. Electrical control and software
Circuit control and operation of equipment, software calculation and data processing, stability judgment of upstream concentration, operation control, parameter setting.
