Principle
This device adopts a specially designed bio oxidase membrane electrochemical sensor, which can be used to detect the concentration of the sample.
The M-100 automatic biosensor analyzer can automatically collect samples and import them into the testing area. The substance to be tested in the sample undergoes enzymatic substrate reaction to generate hydrogen peroxide under the catalysis of immobilized biological oxidase. The concentration of hydrogen peroxide generated during the detection process using a hydrogen peroxide electrode will generate an electrical signal to calculate the concentration of the tested substance.
This device can calibrate standard substances with known concentrations, and the voltage value of the standard substance is a measure of the concentration of the test substance. By comparing the voltage signal with the standard, an unknown concentration is obtained. After each measurement is completed, the reaction cell equipped with sensor electrodes will be automatically cleaned by the system buffer, and after cleaning, the next test can be conducted automatically.
