The SX-L310S high-efficiency filter counting and leak detector uses the counting method to scan and detect leaks. The counting and leak detector, in conjunction with a particle counter, detects the upstream concentration of the filter, calculates the downstream leak point value based on the labeled efficiency of the filter, and compares the actual scan detection of the downstream leak point value of the high-efficiency air outlet with the calculated leak point value to achieve leak detection of the high-efficiency air outlet. Appendix B.6.3 of Part 3 of GB/T25915 "Clean Rooms and Related Controlled Environments" details the procedures for counting scanning leak detection. GB50591 "Code for Construction and Acceptance of Clean Rooms" recommends that the counting scanning method should be preferred for leak detection.
